Our services last about 90 minutes and are filled with great music, and include an inspiring message, that is relevant to your life. Sundays will quickly become your family’s favorite day of the week. Our age-specific lessons will ensure that your child has a ton of fun, while learning about Jesus. Our fpKids team is committed to providing an environment that is safe, clean, and fun for your children while you enjoy the service in the Main Auditorium.
NEXT is the middle and high school ministry at Forest Park. We exist because we believe in the next generation and believe there has never been a better time to be a part of what God is doing in this age group. Not only do we have fun, we see Jesus change lives every time we gather.
Forest Park doesn’t just happen week to week. It is built and accomplished by regular people like you who decided to use their gifts and passions to reach the people in our community. From creating a comfortable and welcoming environment by serving on the First Impressions Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on our NEXT Team, to crafting a dynamic worship experience with the Worship Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group or partnering with various Outreach Teams whether locally or globally—we are advancing the Kingdom of God by serving others.

Our staff team is made up of a group of people who love you and Jesus. Everything we do is to boldly and passionately proclaim the grace of Jesus to our community. We believe that the best is yet to come for Forest Park Church and Elizabeth City!
The team functions primarily as discerners and protectors. The team evaluates everything taking place according to three criteria: the vision of Forest Park, the resources of Forest Park, and the direction of Forest Park. The team provides support, council, and wisdom to the lead pastor.
